Description
The Silver Platter 02 by Jannis Schaefer emerges from a singular piece of industrial stainless steel, thoughtfully salvaged and reimagined. Each creation is meticulously hand-shaped without the use of molds, resulting in a unique, sculptural form. The material undergoes a rigorous cleaning and polishing process, culminating in a mirror-like finish. This reflective surface subtly integrates with its environment, presenting a dynamic interplay of light and surrounding colors. Crafted in a single session, the platter’s contours inherently capture the artisan's direct handwork. It serves as an elegant vessel for presentation or a captivating standalone object within a space.
