Ursula Futura is a design studio and premium glassware brand, playing with the ever-changing nature of its alter ego, fluid-like glass. The studio's experimental pieces are created through the abstraction of observations translated into functional objects. Nature, science, and moments of wonder are often the starting points for the playful fantasy creations. Interested in the expression of emotions through objects, our designs are about raising a smile, spreading joy, and piquing curiosity. Fascinated by the magical material of glass, its fragility, and yet its strength, Ursula Futura makes the material the focal point of her design practice. The production and process often happen impulsively and in close collaboration with the finest glass craftsmen. All our objects are crafted by hand and are one-of-a-kind.
